This Policy applies to crowdii.jp, the Crowdii business dashboard, contact forms, and other Crowdii services provided to brands and advertisers.

Separate policies may apply to influencer-facing services provided through influencer.crowdii.jp or other related services.

5. AI Features

Crowdii may use artificial intelligence technologies to analyze requirements, structure search criteria, recommend influencers, and provide related functionality.

Information submitted by users, including text, URLs, and uploaded files, may be transmitted to AI service providers or other vendors where necessary to provide these functions.

We process such information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Service and take appropriate measures to manage our service providers.

AI-generated analysis and recommendations may be produced automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Influencer Information

Influencer information displayed in Crowdii is provided primarily to help brands and advertisers discover, compare, evaluate, and engage influencers.

We seek to maintain publicly sourced information where reasonably practicable but do not guarantee that such information is always complete, accurate, or current.

Influencers and other legitimate rights holders may contact us to request correction or deletion of information. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and our policies after appropriate verification.

7. Cookies and External Services

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, usability, analytics, and performance improvement.

We may also use third-party services such as Google Analytics.

When such services are used, device information, cookies, access information, and other necessary data may be transmitted to the relevant service provider.

Payment information such as credit card details may be processed directly by our payment service providers.

We take reasonable steps to select, manage, and supervise such providers.

10. International Data Processing

Crowdii may use service providers, servers, or cloud services located outside Japan.

We also operate teams in Tokyo and Shanghai. Authorized personnel may access information where necessary for service operations, customer support, or campaign execution.

Where personal data is processed outside Japan, we take measures required by applicable law, including considering relevant data protection frameworks and implementing contractual, access-control, and other appropriate safeguards.

Where consent or other procedures are legally required for international transfers, we will take the required steps.
